We ship to over 30 countries around the world via our 2 Official Online Stores.

From our North American Store

What does "Same-day" shipping means? 

We've implemented same-day shipping so that your order leaves our warehouses as quickly as possible.

North American Store

Orders placed via our North American Store are prepared in our warehouse based in NJ, USA. 
If you place your order before 3pm Eastern Time, your order will ship the very same day. 
If you place it after 3pm, it will ship the next business day.

European Store

Orders placed via our European Store are prepared in our warehouse based in Aix-en-Provence, France. 
If you place your order before noon, French Time, your order will ship the very same day. 
If you place it after 3pm, it will ship the next business day.

I cannot find my country in the list, is there a solution?

If your country is not in the above list, contact us to arrange delivery: tell us what product you wish to order, quantity, delivery address, and we willl send you a quote.


Can I ship to a postal box?

Unfortunately no, the parcel can be delivered only upon signature.


Can I ship to an apartment building, complex, dormitory, or condo?


Yes, the 3dRudder can be shipped to all these!



Make sure all contact and address details are listed in the shipping address to ensure proper delivery. 3dRudder is not responsible for shipping problems due to missing or incorrect addresses. As your 3dRudder shipment may require a signature upon delivery, depending on the shipping option you choose, we recommend choosing an address where you or a trusted designee can sign in person for your shipment.


What are the delivery costs?

We do not charge all the shipping costs to our customers. We have just setup a flat rate depending on the number of products you order.
As a start-up company, we do not have a warehouse in all countries yet, and shipping to faraway countries is more costly and can take longer. 
In the coming months, we will continue to expand our network in order to deliver faster and cheaper.

Can I cancel or return my order?

We offer a 15-day return policy. The 15-day window starts the day you receive your order.

If you have a change of mind and wish to return your order within this time frame:
  1. Contact us to indicate you wish to return your order. Don't forget to indicate your order number so that we give you the proper instructions. We appreciate if you tell us why you wish to return your order: this helps us improve our services.
  2. Return your order following the instructions we gave you by email
  3. Once your 3dRudder is returned and inspected, a refund will be processed and credited to your payment method. Refunds are processed within the 10 business days folliowing reception.

Return shipping expenses are non-refundable (unless your product has been identified as defective by our services).

Please note that should you decide to return your order without notice, we will not be able to properly process your request, and it will most probably take us much longer to process your return.

What if my tracking details show "Delivered, Front Desk/Reception" but I did not receive my order?


If your apartment building, dormitory, or condo has a front office, doorman, mail room, or receptionist, your package may get delivered to them and signed for, per the local rules of your building.


In such cases, it may be considered “delivered” per the carrier’s rules, so we encourage you to create an account to access real-time tracking of your parcel. 

If you experience any kind of issue during delivery, contact us so that we can find a solution.

Can I change my shipping address while in transit?

Unfortunately, most our carriers are unable to re-route your order once it's been processed. 

If it is necessary to change the shipping address, we recommend the following options:
  • For DPD shipments : contact us if the package is still in the warehouse we should have the possibility to change. If the package is in transit, please contact DPD directly.
  • For Colissimo shipments : contact us if the package is in preparation we could have the possibility to change address. If the package is in transit, please contact the carrier.
  • For FedEx shipments: options may vary depending on your region and the type of shipment you choose. Please contact us to review options.

There's a problem with my delivery

If your order was not delivered at all or if there is an exception error on your tracking, please contact 3dRudder Support for help. If your order was unsuccessful or undeliverable at the address you entered, a refund (net of shipping fees) will be issued to your payment method once the order is sent back and received by 3dRudder. Shipping fees and expenses are non-refundable.

If I shop on the North American store, do I have to pay customs fees in my country?

If you live outside of the United States, customs duties and other fees may apply according to your country or residence local import laws. These fees are not collected by 3dRudder and we do not have control of these fees. Please review your country's import regulations and tariffs before ordering.


If I shop on the European store, do I have to pay customs fees in my country?

If you live in a country that does not belong to the European Union, customs duties and other fees may apply according to your country or residence local import laws. These fees are not collected by 3dRudder, and we do not have control of these fees. Please review your country's import regulations and tariffs before ordering.
