I want to gift your product. Is this possible?

Sure! When you place your order, just make sure you enter a delivery address different from the billing address. We will ship the order to the delivery address without any invoice of price information.

Why do you need my email and my phone number to validate my order?

We need your email to send you updates on the status of your order such as the order confirmation or shipping information. The phone number is usually required by transportation companies to call you to arrange delivery in case an issue should appear during the process, such as incomplete address...

Do I need to create an account to order?

No, you don't need to. However we recommend to create an account to have a better access to follow-up information and make your requests more easily.

I have a discount/promo code. How do I use it?

You will be prompted to give your discount or promo code at the check-out page. Just tick the box and enter the code. 

I am representing a company, how can I get a pro forma before ordering?

This service is not yet available online, however we'll be happy to send you a proforma invoice by email. Just fill in the contact form with your contact details, the name & quantity of products you want to order and the billiing & shipping information.

Do I need to pay VAT if I am an European Union based company?

We have 2 websites. is dedicated to consumers & gaming products. For businesses, we suggest you place an order on our dedicated website and enter a valid VAT number at check out. That way you can avoid paying VAT.
